The light that shines through our eyes reveals our unique genius, natural gifts, greatest strength and deepest capacity. This essence of who we are can be interpreted as our ThriveTypes, a set of archetypes for thriving that point out our quickest access to ease, joy and fulfillment. ThriveTypes not only describe the core of who we are, they also chart a path describing what lessons we’ve grown through and the lessons that lay before us.
The most important trait in ThriveTypes is a person's Talents. Laureli has developed a set of 4 Lessons for each of the 7 Talents, the most important trait in ThriveTypes. We all have the opportunity to progress through:
1) overdoing our Talent to cancel out our contribution,
2) proving our ability by pushing our approach in a way that is hard for others to receive,
3) sharing in a good way that makes a substantial and positive impact (this is the stage that Laureli typically shares about each Talent), to
4) savoring our ability and offering spaciously where we feel the most fulfilled and make the greatest contributions.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to leverage your own growth, move forward if you get stuck and motivate and focus others to stretch to their own next steps (this is great for people “practitioners” of all types).
You’ll get a deeper dive into recognizing your own 3 Talents and applying this awareness to all you do in leadership, life and love.
