We meet at Uplift Yourself at 2027 152nd Ave NE #100 in Redmond - we are 1.5 blocks south of 520 off 148th, turn left/east at 152nd, go past the Starbucks and closing Sears and turn in the next driveway - a calm business park - look for the signs and balloons.

We have a FREE INTUITIVE PANEL - at 12pm, a selection of our practitioners will offer their work for free in an informal panel format, answering your questions. This is a great way to sample our practitioners - having them answer your question and hearing them answer questions from others. The panel will continue until about 1pm. Arrive on time to get your question in!
