Learn to identify the three Triangle roles in yourself and others and realize how to shift your body position/posture and attitude to end the drama and experience joy, authenticity, freedom, creativity and collaboration. 

The three Triangle roles are: Victim, Villain, and Hero. Discover how we cause ourselves to get in and be stuck in this seductive and addictive Triangle and learn to instead choose from three empowering roles: Creator, Challenger and Coach. 

The biggest trick for getting out and beyond the Triangle is to use your body: we’ll explore the body postures designating being in and also the postures for instantaneously shifting and leaping out and beyond.
